Delivery tier affects the final price: Bronze is 1x (base price), Silver is 1.2x, and Gold is 1.5x. All tiers include unlimited revisions. You will receive a binding quote before any work begins.

No. Your quote is fully itemized and includes all components listed in the scope of work. The only scenario where costs may change is if you request a significant scope change (such as adding new databases or outcomes) after the project has begun -- and we will always get your approval before proceeding with any changes that affect the price.

Timeline depends on your chosen service tier. Gold tier delivers in 1 week. Silver tier delivers in 2-3 weeks. Bronze tier delivers in 4-5 weeks. Exact timelines may vary slightly based on topic complexity and the volume of literature.

Deliverables include: manuscript draft in Microsoft Word (.docx), PRISMA flow diagram in editable format (PowerPoint and PDF), forest plots and figures in high-resolution PNG and PDF, data extraction tables in Excel (.xlsx), and risk of bias tables/figures in Word and PDF. All files are delivered via a secure download link.

Yes. You retain full intellectual ownership of the work. In most cases, you will be listed as first and corresponding author. Our team members may be included as co-authors where their contribution meets ICMJE authorship criteria (usually as middle or last authors), but authorship arrangements are always discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.

We retain project files for 12 months after delivery, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.
