Section 1

Service Description

Research Gold provides professional academic research support services, including systematic review writing, meta-analysis, biostatistics consulting, medical manuscript drafting, grant methodology development, and response-to-reviewers services.
Our services are designed to assist researchers, clinicians, and graduate students in producing high-quality, publication-ready work. All deliverables are original and tailored to each client's specific requirements.
Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined at the time of order and confirmed in your project agreement. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Research Gold acts as a research support consultancy. We do not guarantee journal acceptance, committee approval, or funding decisions, as these are determined by third parties outside our control.

Section 2

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and placing orders. Inaccurate information may delay your project or prevent us from delivering services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in conduct that harms Research Gold or other users.

Section 3

Orders & Payment

Pricing for core systematic review and meta-analysis services is transparent and displayed on our website. Support services (biostatistics, manuscript drafting, grant methodology, response-to-reviewers) are priced via custom quotes based on project complexity.
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on your jurisdiction.
Orders require a deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverable, unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods. Payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to pause work on your project until the outstanding balance is settled.

Section 4

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns 100% of all deliverables produced by Research Gold, including manuscripts, statistical code, figures, data extraction tables, PRISMA diagrams, and any other project outputs.
Research Gold retains no rights, licenses, or claims over completed deliverables. You are free to publish, modify, distribute, or use your deliverables in any way you see fit.
Any materials, data, or intellectual property you provide to us remain your exclusive property at all times. We will not use your materials for any purpose other than completing your project.
A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request to provide additional intellectual property protection. We will execute an NDA within 24 hours of your request.

Section 5

Revision Policy

All service tiers include unlimited revisions until your work is accepted by the target journal, dissertation committee, thesis supervisor, or relevant academic body.
Revision requests should be submitted in writing with specific feedback so our team can address your concerns accurately and efficiently.
Revisions are included at no additional cost, provided they fall within the original scope of your project agreement. Changes to the fundamental research question, methodology, or scope may constitute a new project.
We are committed to working with you through the peer review process. If reviewers request changes, we will address those revisions as part of your original engagement.

Section 6

Satisfaction Guarantee

Research Gold offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services. We stand behind the quality of our work and your experience with our team.
If we miss a confirmed deadline, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable after revisions, you are entitled to a full refund. We want every client to be completely confident in the work they receive.

Section 7

Confidentiality

All projects are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose your identity, research topic, data, or any project details to third parties.
A formal NDA is available upon request at any stage, including before you share any project details with us.
All Research Gold team members are bound by internal non-disclosure agreements as a condition of their engagement. Access to your project is limited to the team members directly assigned to it.
We will never use your project, institution name, or research topic in marketing materials, case studies, testimonials, or portfolios without your explicit written consent.
Confidentiality obligations survive the completion or termination of your project and remain in effect indefinitely.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

Research Gold's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for journal rejection, committee decisions, funding outcomes, or any other third-party actions or decisions that are beyond our control.
Research Gold is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or academic opportunities.
We provide our services on an "as-is" basis with respect to outcomes controlled by third parties, while maintaining our satisfaction guarantee for the quality of deliverables within our control.

Section 9

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with a relevant consumer protection agency or seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.

Section 10

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
If you terminate before project completion, refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy at /refund, based on the stage of work completed.
If Research Gold terminates the agreement for any reason other than a violation of these Terms by the client, you will receive a full refund for any undelivered services.
Upon termination, we will return or delete all client-provided materials within 30 days, unless you request them sooner. Any completed deliverables paid in full remain your property.

Section 11

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of Research Gold services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may discontinue use of our services. Any orders placed before the change will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.
