4
We Do the Hard Part

Your team works through each phase methodically: search-strategy development across PubMed, Embase, Cochrane CENTRAL, Scopus, and more; dual-reviewer screening; standardised data extraction; risk-of-bias assessment; narrative or statistical synthesis; and manuscript drafting, formatted for your target journal or thesis committee requirements.

Milestone updates at each phase. Direct access to your project manager.

5
Review and Revise

Once draft deliverables are ready, you review the complete package: methodology, tables, figures, and manuscript. Request changes, ask questions, and provide feedback. Revisions are included with no cap on the rounds, for as long as the changes fall within the scope agreed for your project.

Unlimited revisions on every project.

6
Submit With Confidence

Trusted by Researchers Worldwide

From PhD candidates to senior faculty, here is what our clients say about the process.

“Submitted my project details, had a fixed quote the same day, and a publish-ready manuscript three weeks later. What I appreciated most was that the PRISMA flow, search log, and R scripts arrived with the draft, not as a separate ask after I chased them. Reviewers came back with the usual methodology questions, but everything I needed to answer them was already in the file pack.”

Dr. K. Mensah

Senior Lecturer, Public Health

“Milestones were flagged the day they were ready, which I did not expect from a remote team. Unlimited revisions meant I could fold in two rounds of supervisor feedback on the methods chapter without renegotiating scope. The one thing I would have wanted is a quicker turnaround on the first protocol draft, but once that landed everything else was on schedule. Thesis approved.”

F. Al-Harbi

PhD Candidate, Clinical Pharmacy

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what researchers and institutions ask most before starting a project.

Delivery runs between 1 and 5 weeks depending on scope, complexity, and the delivery speed you choose at the quote stage. A focused review with a clear PICO can deliver in around a week. A larger umbrella or network meta-analysis sits at the longer end. Every project includes unlimited revisions.
Yes. You retain full intellectual ownership of the work. Most clients are listed as first author. Our methodologists may be included as co-authors based on their contribution level, in line with ICMJE authorship guidelines. We will discuss authorship transparently at quote stage.
Yes. Every publish-ready manuscript is customised for your target journal, including structure, citation format, word limits, and the applicable reporting checklist (PRISMA 2020, PRISMA-ScR, MOOSE, and others). If you change your target journal during revisions, we reformat at no additional cost.
Minor refinements to PICO elements or eligibility criteria are common and handled at no extra cost during the protocol stage. If the research question changes substantially after screening has begun, we will re-scope the project and provide an updated quote.
No service can guarantee journal acceptance because editorial decisions sit with the journal. What we guarantee is that the methodology, reporting, and statistical analysis will meet the standards of PRISMA 2020, the Cochrane Handbook, and JBI guidelines.
Standard databases include PubMed / MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane CENTRAL, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Web of Science, and Scopus. We also search grey-literature sources, ProQuest Dissertations, conference proceedings, and clinical-trial registries (ClinicalTrials.gov, WHO ICTRP), as appropriate for your topic. You select your databases during project scoping.
Every project is treated as confidential by default. Your research question, unpublished data, and findings are never disclosed or reused. Everyone who works on your project is bound to keep it confidential, and we never share, reuse, or publish your work without your written permission.
Meta-analyses are conducted in R (meta, metafor, dmetar packages) or Stata. Screening uses Covidence or Rayyan. Risk of bias is assessed using RoB 2, ROBINS-I, ROBINS-E, or the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale depending on study design. Reference management is handled via EndNote or Zotero. All statistical code is provided for reproducibility.
Yes. We offer fully modular services. If you have already completed screening and need only the statistical analysis, or if you need a standalone search strategy or GRADE assessment, you can configure that as an individual project. Visit our Services page for all available components and add-ons.
